Put a tasting on the public calendar
Every plan · Featured on ProA promoted tasting gets its own page, shows in nearby searches and takes RSVPs.
- 1Open the tasting. It needs a start time.
- 2Under Promote this event, write What to say publicly. This is separate from your private notes.
- 3Press Save listing.
- 4Press Put this on the public calendar.
You now have a link and a QR code for the event page. Print the QR for the counter or post the link.

| Featured | What to knowOn Pro, press Feature this tasting under the listing. A featured tasting sits at the top of the calendar for your area, with a look of its own. Pro includes 4 a month, counted by the month the tasting is in. Stop featuring one, or take its listing down, and the slot comes back. |
| The menu | What to knowUnder The menu, pick a course, type the dish and press Add course. It shows on the event page as "Paired with". |
| Seats | What to knowThe Seats number is for your own planning. Bin12 does not stop RSVPs when you reach it. |
| RSVPs | What to knowThey appear under Saving a spot. You see the names of people who agreed to share them. Everyone else is in the headcount without a name. |
| Guest emails | What to knowBin12 sends each person who RSVPs a confirmation and, if they RSVP'd before the day, a reminder the day before. People who agreed to hear from you or have a Bin12 account also get a follow-up the morning after. You don't send these. |
| Taking it down | What to knowPress Take the listing down. If people have RSVP'd, Bin12 asks you to confirm, cancels their spots and emails each of them. |
