Your customers and your mailing list
Every planEveryone connected to your shop, and a CSV of the ones who agreed to share their details.
- 1On the portal, scroll to Your customers and open the full list.
- 2Search by name or email.
- 3Press Download for your mailing list (CSV).
The file has five columns: name, email, source, detail and date. One row per email address, and only people who agreed to share their details with you. It opens in Excel or Google Sheets and imports into Mailchimp and similar tools.

A row that says Anonymous customer is a real person who didn't share their name. They count, and you can't write to them yourself. If they have a Bin12 account, the announce email still reaches them.
