Read your readout
Tasting or ProWho came, what they liked, and who you can reach again. By email the morning after you close.
The email. The morning after a tasting closes, everyone with a seat gets an email naming how many rated and which wine won. Press Open the full readout. It is sent on Tasting or Pro when at least one guest joined. If nobody pressed Close, Bin12 closes the tasting that morning and the email still goes out.
The page. Open the tasting in the portal and press Read the readout. While the tasting is still open it says Live readout and the numbers keep moving.

Guests who chose not to share their ratings are counted in the headcount and never scored.
The readout comes with the Tasting and Pro plans. On Free there is no readout.
Three numbers to watch
- Rated, against last time. Is the tasting growing?
- The room's favourite. Put it by the register the next day.
- Shared their details. These are the people you can write to yourself.
