Add your staff

Anyone with a seat can invite a colleague. Every seat sees the same tastings, cases, customers and reports.

1. 1On the portal, scroll to Your team.
2. 2Press Mint an invite link. The email box is optional. It only labels the link in your list.
3. 3Copy the link from Pending invites and send it to your colleague yourself, by text or email. Bin12 does not send it for you.
4. 4Your colleague opens the link, makes an account or logs in, and presses Accept invite & open portal.

Each link works once. To cancel one nobody has used, press Withdraw this invite.

To take someone off, press Remove next to their name. They lose access right away.

To leave the shop yourself, press Leave this shop. Your own cellar, ratings and tastings are untouched. If you are the last person with a seat, the page goes back to unclaimed and anyone at the shop can claim it again.
