Close the tasting
Every planPress Close tasting when the last guest leaves. Forget, and Bin12 closes it for you the next morning.
- 1Open the tasting in the portal.
- 2Under Close the tasting, press Close tasting and confirm.
Closing stops guest rating from the QR and gets your readout ready. On Tasting or Pro, if any guest joined, everyone on your team gets the readout by email the next morning.

| The morning after | What happensBin12 closes any started shop tasting that ran 2 hours past its end time, or 12 hours after you pressed Start if it had no end time. The readout email goes out in the same morning run. A tasting nobody started stays Scheduled. |
| Until then | What happensThe table tent stops opening a tasting once it's 2 hours past its end time, so next week's guests never land on last week's wines. |
| People who saved a spot | What happensAnyone with a Bin12 account who RSVP'd can still rate the wines after the tasting closes. |
Once closed, the button at the top reads Read the readout.
