What your guests see
Tasting or ProA page with your name, the lineup and a 1-to-5 slider for each wine. They choose what to share with you.
- 1A guest scans and lands on a page that says "Hosted by" your shop, with the lineup below.
- 2They slide each wine's score from 1 to 5. Each score saves as they go.
- 3At the bottom they can leave an email and press Send me my wines. The wines they liked arrive by email straight away.

| Also share my name & email with your shop | StartsNot ticked | What it means for youIf they tick it, they appear by name under Your customers and in your CSV. |

You see a guest's name and email only if they ticked the second box. That is the same on every plan. Bin12 never shows you someone who didn't agree.
Guests already on Bin12. A guest who is signed in skips the email step: each score goes straight into their account as they rate. You see their scores the same way, without their name unless they've chosen to share it. They count as guests in your readout, not as accounts made, since they already had one.
