How it works →Guests scan the QR code on the counter, slide a score for each pour, tap I'd take one home on the ones they want, and answer Would you come back? before they go. No app, no account. Print the code once, as a 4×6 card, a letter page or a folded card. It never changes.
To build the lineup, line the bottles up and press Scan the table. Bin12 reads the labels. Guests choose what to share with you; you see a name only when they check the box.
During the tastingTasting or ProEnter prices on every plan
Sell while they're in the room.
How it works →Put a price on each pour, and a case price if you sell by the case. Guests see Bottle price, Case price or No prices, your choice.
Your phone lists who wants which bottle, live, and what it adds up to. Press Sold when it crosses the counter. It's a note for you, not a payment.
The morning afterTasting or Pro
Know what worked.
How it works →You and your staff get an email: how many came, the room's favorite, how many would come back, and what you sold. The full readout ranks every wine, and one tap prints a 4×6 or 5×7 shelf talker for the room's pick.
A report lines up every tasting from the last 30, 90 or 365 days. Owners get the month's numbers by email on the first of the next month.

How it works →Your shop gets a page at bin12.com/yourshop. Every tasting you list shows in nearby searches and takes RSVPs, and Bin12 sends the confirmation and the reminder. Set a tasting to repeat and the dates keep coming.
When a tasting is listed, one press emails the people who follow your shop, or only the ones who liked a wine or said they'd come back. After ten guests have answered, your page shows how many would come back.

How it works →Send a club shipment or a mixed case as one link, with a card for the box. As customers open and rate each bottle at home, the scores come back to you.
A regular can share their taste profile with your shop: what they love, what isn't their thing, and how each bottle from you landed.
What Bin12 doesn't do
- We never show you a guest who didn't agree to be shown. That is the same on every plan.
- Guests never need an app or an account to rate.
- The trial needs no card. When it ends, nothing is charged; we talk first.
- Bin12 doesn't take payments or connect to your register. Sold is a note for you.
- Bin12 never emails your customer list unless you send an announcement. A guest who RSVPs or rates hears from us about that tasting, and about your next one only if they asked to.
